Germany, possibly Oswald, "Skull" rotating eye novelty clock, the brown composition skull with 30 hours, time only, movement, red and yellow eyes, the back marked "Patented U.S.A. Aug. 31 1926 Made in Germany No Jewels", on a polished ebonized base, c1930
CONDITION:
Very good overall, eyes appear to have had some blue around pupils, movement dirty, a vigorous shake will get it going for a few seconds, needs cleaning, Ht 5 1/8"
